Stewart has run the northern office of TSRN since 2005 and has placed candidates with many satisfied companies of all sizes, from Blue Chip, to SME’s throughout the UK.
Although specialising in Sales & Marketing positions he has also being successful in placing other commercial roles including administration, operations, HR, technical and engineering staff.
Prior to his recruitment career, Stewart’s background encompasses the FMCG and Foodservice sectors at director level, with vast experience of managing and recruiting high performing teams.
After being involved in recruitment as a Sales & Marketing Director, he realised that some of the recruitment agencies that approached him could have been far more professional with their approach and particularly with their service. He learned from this to create a much more responsive way of working for both clients and candidates, with the proof being repeat business from satisfied clients and candidates enjoying new roles.
