The freedom of being your own boss – the security of an established business.TSRN Associates are Licensed members of the TSRN UK Ltd team, enjoying all the benefits of a nation-wide long established recruitment consultancy, but working as independent recruiters retaining 100% of the fees they earn.
TSRN was formed in 1997, to offer a specialist sales recruitment service to all industry sectors across the UK. TSRN Associates are free to develop their own client base within their exclusive post code area, and can also benefit from national assignments generated by other TSRN Associates. Although primarily a specialist sales recruitment consultancy TSRN Associates also carry out non-sales assignments.

5 Year Licence
A five year renewable Licence will be granted in return for a joining fee, giving access to the use of the TSRN brand and trade marks in an exclusive post code area, full training as required, an operations manual, stationery, a TSRN e-mail address, and help from the Head Office team in setting up your area.

Full Training
For applicants new to recruitment a full training course is offered, together with on-going support from our REC accredited trainer. For those who are already operating as recruiters a familiarisation course and manual will be provided. The joining fee will depend on the level of training and support required.

Comprehensive Help
For a small monthly fee TSRN Associates are given access to major job boards, the benefit of the TSRN website and integrated job board, support from Head Office and colleagues, and the opportunity to share assignments and candidates with other Associates.
Long Established Recruitment Consultancy
Less risky than setting up on your own, and with all the benefits and security of being part of an established nation-wide network, you are able to offer national cover with local personal service.
TSRN is a long established recruitment consultancy, with a good reputation for providing professional consultancy – we are not a cv factory. Each assignment is carefully handled by the same consultant from initial briefing through to placement – our clients know that the applicants will be thoroughly assessed, and presented as short list candidates.
