Code Of Practise - Advertising
Any advertisement should conform to the “Code of Advertising Practice” laid down by The Advertising Standards Authority. In addition, a franchisee shall:
a) Make all advertisements clear and unambiguous; stating accurately the basic salary, OTE (on-target earnings) and location when and where appropriate.
b) Not advertise a vacancy that does not exist; nor advertise a known vacancy unless a job order, brief or assignment has been duly received from a client.
