Code Of Practise - Candidate Relationship

a) The candidate shall be advised from the outset that the franchisee is part of a
nationwide network and will seek to promote him/her throughout the network
unless instructed not to do so at any time.

b) A candidate’s details will not be sent to a client without first obtaining
permission from him or her. Nor will a candidate’s C.V. or details be mailed,
faxed or given unsolicited to an existing or prospective client.

c) A franchisee shall be respectful, courteous and honest in all his dealing with a
candidate, advising him or her of all relevant facts appertaining to any
application or vacancy. In addition, candidates shall (wherever possible) be
advised at the earliest opportunity if they are not suitable for a vacancy or
have not been successful following an interview for same.
