Code Of Practise - Assignment Performance
a) Whilst carrying out any assignment, the client will not be given comprehensive details of the candidate, nor will his/her identity be revealed without prior permission. b) A franchisee must abide by the client’s instructions regarding confidentiality of the assignment and the limits of information which can be provided. Within these limitations, candidates will be provided with full and relevant information at all times. c) Unless otherwise agreed with the client, no candidate will be submitted until their suitability for a vacant position has been thoroughly assessed. d) Throughout any assignment the franchisee will maintain regular contact with both client and candidate alike, appraising both parties with the situation to date. e) No information about the client or candidate will knowingly be withheld if it might influence the other’s decision regarding any appointment. |
