Code Of Practise - Client Relationship

a) Before accepting an assignment from a client, a franchisee must advise the client of any potential conflicts of interest and any material restriction to which it is subject by reason of undertakings given to other clients.

b) When accepting an assignment, a franchisee must agree any “off-limits” rules
which include undertakings by the franchisee that it will not make any first
approach to:

i) any candidates placed by it with that client while those candidates
remain employed by the said client; or

ii) any employee of a client within a minimum of one year of completing
an assignment.

iii) Where a client is part of a group of companies the franchisee may
consider agreeing to confines of the terms ‘clients’ and ‘off-limits rules’.
The franchisee cannot however bind other franchisees within the network
to such an agreement without consultation through THE SALES RECRUITMENT
NETWORK Head Office and a ‘national agreement’ being in place.

c) After taking instruction from a client, the franchisee will (within a reasonable
time-scale) provide the said client with written confirmation of the assignment,
along with THE SALES RECRUITMENT NETWORK UK standard “Terms of Business”.
