Many recruitment companies tend to just use advertising (paid by the client or the agency) to find candidates for particular vacancies. However, in addition to a database search, we can offer a discreet search facility on a specific assignment basis.

We know that a certain category of salesperson will not be actively seeking a career move and therefore will not respond to traditional recruitment methods; to overcome this we offer clients a discreet search facility.

Once we take a comprehensive brief from a client we seek, make contact with and screen a salesperson who meets the brief criteria. Arrangements are then made for both parties to meet either formally or informally.

From our experience, we know that this method of recruiting works very well for companies with specific requirements as to the type and source of sales personnel they wish to employ. Naturally this carries a premium and payment for our services is in three stages (see "Terms of Business").
