After taking a comprehensive brief, we relieve a client of the pressure from the initial recruitment process until we produce a quality based short-list of candidates, at this point the client decides on the final short list, and interviews accordingly.

This type of exercise usually means an 'exclusive assignment', utilising an advertisement with our details and logo but not identifying the client; or a similar advert clearly naming your company. We arrange and place the advert for you but naturally this is normally at the client's cost and to their approved size, design and layout.

Alternatively your vacancy can be placed in a general advert that we pay for in our choice of media and location (this is subject to space, time, etc.) . In addition, all vacancies are placed here on our website under "Current Vacancies" and/or other Internet recruitment sites such as www.job-channel.com. In addition, vacancies are placed on the SKY TV interactive recruitment channel - "The JOB Channel" free of charge.
