Database search
Each office in our nationwide network has a constantly up-dated database of candidates who are actively seeking a move and would consider a new position if the offer was to their liking.

Companies can commission their local TSRN office to search their database (and other offices in the network) for a particular candidate. We can search our database by a number of selection criteria such as .......
industry (e.g. FMCG, Business to Business, etc.),
skills (direct, end-user, trade, export selling, etc.),
level/title (Sales Director, Major Accounts, Regional Manager, etc.),
area (by postcode),

we will not search using any discriminatory criteria such as gender or age

This service is confidential and the name and employer of any candidate on our database is not released without us first obtaining permission. Clients pay once they employ a candidate introduced in this way
